Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
- Teaching certification or license in the appropriate subject and grade level
- Strong subject matter expertise and familiarity with relevant teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles and abilities
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum and school standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student learning and wellbeing
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues, keeping them informed of student progress and any concerns
- Participate in school-wide activities and events, including professional development and extracurricular activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
